This policy explains what information FIXEN AI & SOFTWARE ("FIXEN", "we") collects when you use this website and contact us, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We keep this deliberately short and honest.

What we collect

• Information you send us. When you use the contact form, we collect the name and email address you provide, and your phone number if you choose to add it.
• Basic technical context. The form also sends the page you submitted from and any campaign (UTM) parameters in the link, so we understand where an enquiry came from.
• Standard server logs. Like most websites, our hosting provider may record basic request data (such as IP address and browser type) for security and reliability.

How we use it

We use the information you provide for one purpose: to respond to your enquiry and discuss a possible engagement. We do not sell your data, we do not share it for advertising, and we do not use it to train any model.

Legal basis

We process your contact details on the basis of your consent, given when you submit the form, and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries. This applies under the EU/UK GDPR and, for users in Türkiye, under the KVKK (Law No. 6698).

Who processes it

Form submissions are delivered to our inbox through a form-relay service (FormSubmit) acting on our behalf solely to transmit your message. Our website is served by a hosting provider. These providers process data only to deliver the service and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.

How long we keep it

We retain enquiry emails for as long as needed to handle your request and maintain a record of our correspondence, and we delete them when they are no longer required.

Data security

Security is part of how we build. Enquiry data is kept within a limited, controlled set of systems and is not spread across unnecessary tools. A confidentiality agreement is available before any project detail is shared.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies of its own and uses no advertising, analytics or cross-site tracking. Any storage is limited to what your browser needs to display the page.

Your rights
